Whether you need someone to call in while you are at work or additional support while you are away, each visit is agreed in advance and tailored to your pet's needs. For dogs, an appropriate overall care plan and regular company are essential.
What happens during a visit?
Food & fresh water
Meals and treats provided exactly as instructed; fresh water checked at each visit.
Toilet & comfort
Supervised garden break, bedding checks and cleaning occasional accidents within the agreed service scope.
Company & photos
Calm companionship, basic wellbeing observations and a private photographic update.
A little extra consideration for older dogs
Senior dogs may have different mobility, feeding, comfort and toileting needs. Before confirming a booking, we will discuss the dog's routine, any health conditions, what to look out for and who will be providing care between visits.
Important: Drop-in visits do not replace full-time care, overnight companionship or veterinary treatment. The frequency and timing of visits must be appropriate for the individual dog.
